In accordance with the instructions of Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation continues. Relocation convoys have been dispatched to the city of Khojaly and to the settlements of Hadrut and Girmizi Bazar in the Khojavend district.

Those moving to the city of Khojaly and to the Hadrut and Girmizi Bazar settlements of Khojavend district are families who had been temporarily settled in various parts of the republic, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

At this stage, 30 families (149 people) have been relocated to the city of Khojaly, 10 families (47 people) to the Hadrut settlement of Khojavend, and 20 families (91 people) to the Girmizi Bazar settlement.

The residents returning to their native lands expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and to First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care with which they have been provided. They also conveyed their appreciation to the valiant Azerbaijani Army, to our heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands from occupation, and offered prayers for the souls of our martyrs who sacrificed their lives on this path.
