The return of former internally displaced persons to the village of Təzəbinə in the Khojaly district is ongoing. Within the framework of the “First State Program on the Great Return,” the village has been reconstructed, with electricity, gas, water, and communication lines restored, and modern infrastructure created to ensure comfortable living for residents.
With the organization of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, and the support of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankendi and the districts of Aghdara and Khojaly, a video clip featuring the residents of Tazabina has been produced.
The residents who have returned to their native land expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the care shown by the state. They also respectfully commemorated the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the liberation of our lands and expressed their thanks to the Azerbaijan Army.
