According to the Great Return State Program I for the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation, the return of internally displaced persons to their homeland continues. The State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons is preparing video clips about former internally displaced persons who have settled permanently in the liberated areas and are now employed.

The current video clip features the “Simurg” library in the city of Lachin, which has been operational for nearly a year. Natavan Ughurlu, a resident of Lachin who works at the library, talks about her return to her homeland, her employment there and the support campaign organized for the library.
