On July 4, Fuad Huseynov, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons and Chairman of the Commission for the Allocation of Housing from the State Committee’s stock, held the next public reception.

The citizens who were individually received by the Deputy Chairman raised issues primarily related to improving housing conditions, utility services, status, unified monthly benefits, employment, return to liberated territories and other matters.

The citizens’ requests were listened to and duly recorded. They were informed that President Ilham Aliyev has identified the resolution of internally displaced persons’ issues as one of the priority directions of social policy. Necessary measures are being taken to improve their housing conditions and ensure sustainable settlement in the liberated areas. First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva also pays special attention and care to addressing the housing, education, and health issues of internally displaced persons, and significant work is being done in this area.
