I also congratulate myself because my children have now seen Shusha”, said the famous conductor and People’s Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Yalchin Adigozalov. Noting that he saw light in the eyes of the youth in Shusha and Lachin, the musician emphasized that this is related to the return to the native land and homeland.

Under the First State Program on the Great Return to the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation, large-scale restoration and construction works are being carried out in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur. First and foremost, modern infrastructure is being formed, and the necessary conditions for sustainable settlement and economic reintegration are being created. The State Committee is conducting information, promotion, and advocacy activities for the return of internally displaced persons to newly established settlements. In this context, videos are being prepared with the participation of intellectuals, youth, and professionals from the liberated territories.
