Large-scale reconstruction efforts are underway in Karabakh and East Zangazur under the auspices of the 1st State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Primarily, this work involves establishing modern infrastructure and establishing the prerequisites for long-term settlement and economic reintegration. The State Committee works to restore internally displaced people to recently established settlements by disseminating information, creating propaganda, and promoting the cause.
