“Although we were not physically there, our spirits, thoughts and ideas were always in our land, in our motherland.” – People’s Artist Fakhraddin Manafov spoke about this idea who was born in the village of Hasanabad in Khankandi district. He noted that large-scale restoration and construction works are underway in the liberated areas, and called on young people to return to the liberated areas as worker in the cultural sector.

On the basis of the First State Plan for the territories liberated from the occupation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, large-scale restoration and reconstruction works are being carried out in Karabakh and East Zangazur. First of all, modern infrastructure will be created, creating the necessary conditions for sustainable settlement and economic reintegration. The State Committee carries out information, publicity and facilitation activities for the return of internally displaced persons to newly established settlements. In this circumstance, videos will be created with the participation of intellectuals, young people and various experts from regions liberated from occupation.
