For those who assess the performance of civil servants, training was provided by the State Committee for Affairs of the Refugees and IDPs. The training’s main goal was to increase knowledge of the problems with implementing the current rule.

The main provisions of the “Regulation on the Evaluation of the Service Activity of the Civil Servant” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the service activity, evaluation form, evaluation period, implementation form of evaluation and measures applied based on the result, criteria, and labor discipline, were thoroughly explained to the participants of the training by Habib Huseynov, head of the human resources department of the Legal and Human Resources Department of the State Committee for Affairs of the Refugees and IDPs.

It was mentioned that under President Ilham Aliyev’s leadership, Azerbaijan developed an effective public administration system, shaped the civil service’s human capacity, and made sure its advancement was always a top priority.

The course was conducted in accordance with the “Plan for the development of the civil service in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2015” which was authorized by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan’s Order No. 739, which was issued on November 23, 2018. Over twenty committee staff members participated in the workshop.
