IDPs returning to their native lands in the reconstructed and renovated Lachin city are satisfied with the living conditions created here. In modern style restored houses and courtyards, everything serves their comfort.  The people of Lachin are grateful to the President, the victorious Supreme Commander-in-chief Ilham Aliyev, our brave army, our martyrs and selfless veterans who gave their lives for the liberation of our occupied lands.

Among those returning to Lachin are families who have temporarily settled in houses belonging to the state housing fund for years. They are very pleased that the apartment they handed over to the state was given to the families of IDP martyrs and veterans in need…
