We hereby inform all civil society institutions that the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons is now accepting documents for voting on candidates for the Public Council. This announcement will remain valid until June 2, 2023, at 18:00. To submit the necessary documents, kindly send them to the Department of the State Committee for Documents and Citizens' Appeals located at 129 Tbilisi Avenue, Baku city or email the documents to beimxd@qachqinkom.gov.az.

Registration Requirements: Civil Society Institutes should provide the following information about relevant voting representative to the Election Commission by June 2, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.:

1. Application form
2. Copy of ID
3. Document Confirming Representation of the Civil Society Institute (copy of the certificate)
4. Protocol of the Initiative Group (Displaced Person – War veteran)
