In order to ensure the employment of IDPs, the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs is implementing a project with the slogan “Learn a profession, do not stay unemployed” together with DMA. Within the framework of the project, professions are taught in accordance with the requirements of the labor market and their employment in various departments and organizations is supported. Applicants to the project are first involved in basic training in order to determine their professional skills. Then, during the course for each profession, the beneficiaries are taught knowledge in the relevant field. Within the framework of the project, short-term training on social adaptation is also held for participants to integrate into society. During the project, the beneficiaries are given scholarships in the amount of the minimum salary. Of them, 57 people were involved in the project and completed vocational training, 724 people were provided with vocational counseling services, and 1150 people will be provided with vocational counseling services.
