The State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) implement a grant project entitled “Research, Analysis and Capacity Building for Restoration and Peacebuilding in Azerbaijan”.
The main goal of the project is to develop income-generating programmes under the technical support of the World Bank. Taking all this into account, it is planned to conduct surveys and assess the needs based on quantitative and qualitative approaches among IDPs (interviews, focus groups, etc.), as well as to implement cooperation to build the capacity and knowledge of committee members.
It should be noted that PGLOBAL Advisory and Training Services of Turkey and SIAR Research and Consulting Group, a local organization, were selected as partner companies by the World Bank for the surveys.
