The staff of State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs declares with deep sorrow that the chief of the Department of Project, Technology and Engineering of the committee, Gudrat Tapdig Abishov died on March 25 at the age of 67 as a result of serious disease.

 

G.T.Abishov was born in Zangilan region in 1955. After he was graduated from secondary school, he studied in Baku Local Industrial Vocational School and started his labour activity at “Construction material technical” trust of the Ministry of Construction Materials Industry of Azerbaijan SSR, where he worked on the position of technician, engineer, leading engineer, chief of the department, deputy chief.

 

He became the chief of the Department of Project, Technology and Engineering of the committee of State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs on December 30, 1999.

 

G.Abishov won deep sympathy and respect of his colleagues thanks to his hard working, professionalism within long period during which he worked in State Committee. His joint work with the IDPs who are one of vulnerable groups of the population, his effective activity in the realization of state policy in this field was always highly appreciated by the management of State Committee.

 

The management and staff of State Committee express their sadness related to the death of Gudrat Tapdig Abishov and express their deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.
