Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on awarding R.Sh.Rzayev with “Shohrat” Order (Order of Glory)

I resolve based on the paragraph 23 of the article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan that:

Rovshan Shukur oglu Rzayev shall be awarded “Shohrat” Order for his effective performance in the state service in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
