President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have viewed the reconstruction works to create tourism infrastructure at the “Diri Baba” tomb in Gobustan district.
Chairman of the State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan Fuad Naghiyev informed the head of state and the First Lady of the works carried out in the tomb.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have attended the opening of “Basgal Resort & Spa” hotel in Ismayilli district.
Head of the President’s Administrative Services Department Ramin Guluzade informed the head of state and the First Lady of the work done at the hotel.
Located in a mountainous area and surrounded by forests, the hotel has 179 rooms and luxury suits, as well as three-room cottages and a cottage with a heated outdoor pool.
The hotel also features 120-seat conference halls provided with all conditions for hosting seminars and various events.

The President and the First Lady had a conversation with a kalaghayi craftsman at the workshop.

Craftsman: Hello. You are welcome! May Allah bless you. I am proud of you – it is thanks to you that the people of Azerbaijan have won.
President Ilham Aliyev: Thank you. How are things going?
Craftsman: Good, thank you very much.
President Ilham Aliyev: Do you have many customers?
Craftsman: Yes, it does. Thank you very much. May Allah bless you.
Fuad Naghiyev: Mr. President, tourists have started coming here.
Craftsman: Mrs. Aliyeva, this is our pattern, we call it “Basgali”. If you want, have a seat and make a pattern of your own.
First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva made a pattern on the kalaghayi.
Craftsman: Mrs. Aliyeva, this is a kalaghayi with ancient images. We call it “Herati”. The patterns are pure Azerbaijani patterns. These patterns have a history of at least 300-400 years. I worked these out using this tool. The craftsmen did it so beautifully back then. Azerbaijan is a land of artisans. This is an example of that.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the inauguration of the Young Artists Center and Museum of State Symbols at the Flag Square in the city of Aghsu.
President Ilham Aliyev was informed of the conditions created at the Young Artists Center.
The construction of the center started in December, 2017, and ended in January, 2022. The building of the center has a 36-seat auditorium, rehearsal stage, theater club, painting, sculpture, photography, tailor's rooms, and administrative and auxiliary rooms.
President Ilham Aliyev then viewed the Museum of State Symbols.
The construction of the museum started in December, 2017, and ended in January, 2022. The museum building has an exhibition hall, administrative and auxiliary rooms.
The Flag Square, where the Museum of State Symbols is located, was created on an area of 1.27 hectares. The 65-meter-high State Flag was installed here.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has familiarized himself with the activities of “Aghsu Agropark” Closed Joint Stock Company in Aghsu district.
Director General of “Aghsu Agropark” CJSC Atababa Isayev informed the head of state of the works done here.
“Aghsu Agropark”, which has been operating in the field of livestock and crop farming since 2018, occupies a total area of 1,843 hectares. The project cost of the Agropark is 18 million manats.
The facility permanently employs nearly 200 people, with 240-250 people are employed depending on the season.
