Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan defined the improvement of the housing and living conditions of IDPs and solution of their social problems as one of the priorities of the state policy. Implementation of the instruction of the First Vice President Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva on the relocation of IDPs living in the most difficult conditions to new apartments is being continued. A number of residential complexes, the construction of which has already been completed, will soon be put into operation. On December 18, the citizens, who came to the reception at the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs were informed in detail about it. Rovshan Rzayev, the Chairman, Deputy Chairmen of the State Committee and other authorized persons attended the reception. Citizens were received and their appeals were listened individually. Most of the appeals were related to housing, employment, utilities, single monthly allowance and other issues. Relevant structures of the State Committee were given specific instructions to address the issues raised by the citizens in accordance with law.
