Based on the instruction of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and in accordance with the schedule of reception of citizens in the cities and regions by the heads of central executive authorities, on November 30, Rovshan Rzayev, the Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs received citizens in Guba. IDPs temporarily settled in Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, Shabran, Siyazan attended the reception. The appeals were mainly related to housing, employment, single monthly allowance, status and other issues. IDPs were listened individually and detailed explanations were given to them. It was mentioned that the President Ilham Aliyev always keeps the issues such as provision of IDPs with new apartments, improving their material well-being in the center of attention. The instructions given by the head of state are being successfully implemented. The First Vice President Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva gave instructions on accelerating the work related with relocating the IDPs living in the most severe conditions and in damaged buildings to new apartments and she personally keeps the implementation of it under control. Some of the appeals of the citizens attended the reception were resolved on the spot. The Chairman of the State Committee said that the issues raised in appeals will be investigated in a short time and appropriate measures will be taken.
