On November 27, Rovshan Rzayev, the Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs received the IDPs. The Chairman, Deputy Chairmen, head of administration, heads of divisions and departments of the State Committee attended the reception. The appeals of the IDPs enrolled to the reception beforehand were mainly related to housing, employment, utilities, single monthly allowance and other issues. It was informed that the President Ilham Aliyev constantly cares for addressing the social problems of IDPs. The head of state takes measures to increase the material well-being and improve housing and living conditions of the citizens of this category. The First Vice President Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva keeps the implementation of the instruction given by her about accelerating the work related with the IDPs living under the most severe conditions in damaged buildings under control. It was mentioned that provision of IDPs with new apartments is carried out in stages. The IDPs living under the most severe conditions are being relocated to new residential areas in the first place. The IDPs attended the reception were received individually, their appeals were recorded. The Chairman of the Committee gave instructions to the divisions and departments about investigation of the issues raised in appeals and solution of them in accordance with law.
