On October 16, the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs held the next reception of IDPs. The Chairman Rovshan Rzayev, Deputy Chairmen, heads of divisions and departments of the State Committee attended the reception. IDPs were individually received and their appeals were listened. The appeals were mainly related to housing, status, single monthly allowance, employment, utilities and other issues. Information was provided that the issue related to IDPs is one of the priorities of the social policy successfully pursued by the President Ilham Aliyev. Projects are being successfully implemented to ensure the employment of IDPs and improve their living conditions. The First Vice President Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva gave an instruction to accelerate the work related to IDPs living under the most severe conditions and damaged buildings. The taken measures show that IDPs are covered by the state care and attention. Appeals of the IDPs attended the reception were recorded appropriately. Each appeal will be investigated individually and appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with law.
