According to the regional correspondent of AZERTAC, Rovshan Rzayev, the Chairman of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs, and Eldaniz Mehdiyev, the first Deputy Head of Kalbajar Region Executive Power, visited the monument of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and Monument Complex of Kalbajar Martyrs, and laid flowers at them. The Chairman of the Committee Rovshan Rzayev reviewed the applications of IDPs temporarily settled in Ganja, Samukh and Goygol and from Kalbajar at the reception held in Kalbajar Palace of Culture. At first, the Chairman of the State Committee individually listened to the applications of up to 70 IDPs. Later, up to 100 IDPs who applied for the same issues were collectively received by the Chairman and he listened to their appeals. The people came to the reception appealed to the Chairman of the Committee mainly related with the solution of housing, employment, utilities and other social problems. All appeals were recorded by the State Committee. Some of the appeals were resolved on the spot. The Chairman of the State Committee gave instructions to investigate other appeals in a short time and take appropriate measures.
