Chairman of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugee and IDPs Affairs Rovshan Rzayev has met with a delegation led by Country Manager for the World Bank Azerbaijan Office Naveed Hassan Naqvi to discuss prospects for cooperation between the country and the bank. Navid Hassan Naqvi congratulated Rovshan Rzayev on the occasion of the new appointment and wished him success in his future work. Chairman of the Committee Rovshan Rzayev expressed his gratitude for the greetings and praised the cooperation between the Azerbaijani Government and the World Bank. Navid Hassan Naqvi at the meeting gave detailed information on the current state of projects implemented in connection with the displaced persons. Chairman of the Committee expressed confidence in the successful implementation of projects in connection with internally displaced persons. Naqvi praised what the Azerbaijani government is doing to address problems of refugees and internally displaced persons. He expressed the World Bank's readiness to cooperate with Azerbaijan.
