The meeting was held with the families to be moved to liberated Talish village of Tartar region at initial stage.
Special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on liberated territories of Karabakh economic region (except for Shusha region), Emin Huseynov, speaking at the meeting, told that brave Azerbaijani army had cleared this strategic territory from the enemy under the leadership of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev on October 3, 2020. Based on the instructions of the head of our state, construction and restoration works were performed, new houses were built and necessary infrastructure was created in Talysh village after the liberation from the occupation.
The participants of the event honored the memory of our heroic martyrs who had liberated our lands at the expense of their lives and declared that the return to native lands, which had been returned at the expense of their lives, was very proud. Former IDPs who shall start new life in Talysh village expressed their gratitude to the head of our state and first vice- president Mehriban Aliyeva for the conditions created here for them and care manifested to them.
The matter of the employment of the IDPs to be moved to Talysh village was also in the spotlight during the meeting. At the initiative of special representative office, corresponding documents were signed on ensuring the employment between employers and employers.
The event was also attended by the representatives of State Employment Agency, State Service for Property Issues, regional department of the Ministry of Education, TABIB and other agencies, entrepreneurs.
In order to distribute the houses based on the principles of transparency and justice, the Repatriation department of State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs drew lots among 20 families to be settled in Talysh village. As a result of the loting, the address of the houses to be given to each family was determined. 15 of them were provided with three-room, 1 - with two-room, and 4 - with four-room private houses.
20 families to be moved to Talysh village have lived in temporary settlements in Baku, Barda, Tartar, Samukh and Goranboy, mainly in hard and emergency conditions. They shall be moved to their new houses on the eve of Novruz holiday, on March 16.
