President Ilham Aliyev identified the solution of the problems of IDPs as one of the priorities of social policy. Measures are being taken to improve their living conditions, new housing complexes are being built in Baku and regions. First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva also pays special attention and care to solve housing, education and health problems of internally displaced people and carries out important work in this field.

Their appeals were mainly related to the allocation of special-purpose residential areas owned by the state housing fund, appointment of single monthly allowance, and employment.
Video reception lasted more than four hours.The appeal of more than 40 citizens, many of whom were IDPs was heard and formalised.
