On May 1, the “Virtual Reception Room” made another live broadcast on the official Facebook page of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs. As previously reported to the page followers, Tariyel Goshnaliyev, employee of the Department for Mİgration, Employment, Status and social supply, responded to the appeals of citizens during the live broadcast. Elshan Aliyev, editor-in-chief of newspaper “Veten Sesi” which is the committee`s periodical moderated the live broadcast.
The appeals of about 250 citizens were received in the comment section of the page during the live broadcast, which started at 12:00 pm and lasted for an hour.
Majority of appeals was related to improvement of housing and living conditions of IDPs, social security, utilities, registration, etc. and most of them were responded immediately. The citizens whose appeals required some time to investigate were asked to send their details and contact numbers to the page administrator via message. It was stated that those appeals would be answered within the existing legislation.
Video receptions of committee officials and live broadcasts on the “Virtual Reception Room” will be organized from time to time. Relevant information will be posted on the official Facebook page of the committee in advance.
It should be noted that the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs continues its work pursuant to the requirements of the special quarantine applied in our country regarding the global pandemic. Every Tuesday, the Chairman of the State Committee and on other business days, his deputies, head of administration and heads of department hold online video receptions of citizens.
It should be noted that you can register for online receptions of committee officials by dialing (012) 525-41-03 or (055) 900-12-40. In this case, citizens shall provide their contact details, phone numbers and indicate which official they want to be received by. Video reception is made by turns, with a call to citizens from the Committee.
