In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation continues. The families relocating to Khojavand city, Girmizi Bazar settlement and Guzeykhirman village of Khojavand district are among those who had been temporarily residing in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums and administrative buildings. At this stage, 19 families comprising 88 people have been resettled in Khojavand city, 11 families comprising 42 people in Girmizi Bazar settlement, and 13 families comprising 61 people in Guzeykhirman village. Residents returning to their ancestral homeland expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state support provided to them. They also expressed their appreciation to the valiant Azerbaijani Army, as well as to the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands from occupation, and paid tribute to the memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in this cause.
