In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return process to the liberated territories continues. The families relocating to Khankendi are those who had been temporarily accommodated in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums and administrative buildings.


At the next stage, 22 families comprising 102 people have been resettled in the city of Khankendi.


The returning residents expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care provided to them. They also expressed their appreciation to the valiant Azerbaijani Army, as well as to the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands from occupation, and paid tribute to the memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives on this path.
