In line with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to Azerbaijan’s liberated territories is continuing. The families resettled to the villages of Quzeyxırman and Güneyxırman in the Khojavand district had been living temporarily in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

During the first stage of the resettlement process, 21 families comprising 87 people were relocated to Quzeyxırman village, while 18 families comprising 72 people were resettled in Güneyxırman village.

The returning residents expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive support and care provided by the state. They also conveyed their appreciation to the valiant Azerbaijani Army, as well as to the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated the country's territories from occupation, and honored the memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for this cause.
