A meeting of the Sub-Working Group on Inclusive Social Development and Social Security of the Commission established to develop a “Socio-Economic Development Strategy for 2021-2025” under “Azerbaijan 2030: National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development” was held by the Order of the President Ilham Aliyev.
Chairman of the Working Group, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev underlined that as a result of the successful policy of the President Ilham Aliyev over the past 17 years, the national economy has improved more than thrice and significant progress has been made in ensuring the welfare of citizens. In particular, social payments have been consistently increased and creation of new vacancies has become a permanent process.
It was stated that all these social achievements will be continued and developed as one of the National Priorities for 2021-2030.
The work to be done for developing a Strategy was discussed at the meeting.
