Consistent and purposeful work is being carried out in our country to make public services electronic and integrate state information resources under the instructions of the President Ilham Aliyev. As a result, officer-citizen contact is eliminated, and an atmosphere of transparency is created.
The State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons treats in a sensitive way to the appeals of citizens by fulfilling the requirements of the President, and takes measures to further improve the work in this area using modern technological innovations.
One of such measures is to make the service "Issuance of a reference on IDP status" electronic. This e-service, which has been launched in July, allows saving the time of citizens and resources of the committee.
It should be noted that previously, citizens applied to the representative offices of the committee for the regions where they were temporarily registered in order to receive a reference confirming IDP status. The new e-service allows citizens receiving the relevant document via the Internet without going anywhere. To receive electronically a reference confirming IDP status, you need to log in the portal “myGov”. You can log in “myGov” through “ASAN Login” system.
To log in the portal, you can use the user PIN, "Asan imza", e-signature. You can get detailed information about using these services from the tutorials posted on “myGov”.
After logging in the portal, go to the section “All services”, then subsection “By institutions” and choose “the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons”. You can receive an electronic reference by clicking the service "Reference on IDP status" on the opened window. A reference contains the details such as the citizen`s name, surname and date of birth, IDP status, IDP card serial number, date of issue and expiry date. You can also get a PDF of the electronic reference by clicking the “Download” button.
